A good clip is not yet a good story

Long-form video needs memory, planning, and continuity.

The signal

Google Research describes a multi-agent approach to long-form video generation, combining planning, shared visual continuity, and refinement to reduce drift across shots.

The idea to learn

Local quality does not guarantee global consistency. Each shot can look convincing while a character, location, or narrative changes unintentionally between shots. Early mistakes can also propagate through a production pipeline.

A practical lens

Maintain a small continuity ledger: characters, setting, visual constraints, and the purpose of each scene. Review transitions as well as individual frames. This is a useful analogy for any long-running agent task.

Try this

Storyboard three shots. Write one invariant that must persist across all three and one deliberate change that moves the story forward.
